Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 box cornbread mix (Jiffy)
    3 small jalapeno peppers
    1 can creamed corn
    2 c. cheese, grated
    1 medium onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef.
    Drain off the oil.
    Cut up onion and peppers very small.
    Mix together cornbread mix.
    Use a Pyrex pan, if possible.
    Pour 1/2 of cornbread mix into pan.
    Spread evenly. Pour 1/2 of sweet creamed corn on top of mix.
    Sprinkle cheese on evenly.
    Spread all of the meat over the cheese.
    Sprinkle onion and peppers on meat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Spread evenly. Bake until done.
    Serves 4.
