Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
    1/3 c. margarine
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In saucepan, melt morsels and margarine.
    Stir in crumbs and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Press half of mixture in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
    Beat in milk, vanilla and egg.
    Mix well and pour over crumb mixture and top with remaining crumb mixture.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Cut in squares.
    Store in refrigerator.
