Crock-Pot Creamy Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
salt and pepper to taste
1 large onion, sliced thinly
1 bell pepper (if desired)
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Cut steak into small pieces; add salt and pepper.
Place in crock with sliced onion and bell pepper.
Pour mushroom soup over all.
Cover and set at low for 8 to 10 hours.
