Chicken Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced chicken
    1 c. celery, thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    3/4 c. onions, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 c. cabbage, shredded
Preparation
    Cook chicken and shred in long thin strips (1 to 1 1/2 cups). In a skillet, heat cooking oil and saute onions until lightly brown.
    Add celery, cabbage and salt; cook for 5 minutes.
    Add chicken, soy sauce and broth.
    Cook over low heat.
    Cover until vegetables are done.
    To thicken broth, use cornstarch or flour (blend with 1 tablespoon cold water).
    Serve hot.
    May add additional vegetables.
