Salisbury Steak Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. cooking sherry
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine these first ingredients, cover and refrigerate for a short time.
    Then make into 6 large patties and brown in 3 tablespoons bacon drippings.
    When browned, add 2 cans of beef gravy, 2 tablespoons sherry and 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms.
