Frozen Chocolate Mousse(10 To 12 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. butter/margarine
    1 tsp. powdered sugar
    1 pkg. ladyfingers *
    1 c. chocolate chips
    3 Tbsp. water
    4 eggs, separated
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 (8 to 12 oz.) pkg. whipped cream (Cool Whip)
Preparation
    *Optional:
    Substitute 2 cups graham crackers, or butter cookies, or animal cookies, or Nilla wafers, or...and 1/4 cup melted butter for crust.
