Easy Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    5 c. self-rising flour, sifted
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    cinnamon-sugar mix
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour and sugar.
    Dissolve yeast in water and mix into flour.
    Stir.
    Place in greased bowl for 1 hour. Knead well on lightly floured surface.
    Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
    Roll up and cut crosswise into 1/2-inch rolls.
    Cover; let set overnight at room temperature.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Frost.
