Fish Almondine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 eggs, separated
fish
cracker crumbs
crushed almonds
butter
Preparation

Separate whites and yolks of eggs.
Beat yolks and whites separately.
Dip fish into yolks, then into cracker crumbs, then into egg whites and roll in crushed almonds.
Fry in butter. Excellent for salmon or steelhead steaks.
