Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions
    1 to 2 cloves garlic
    2 stalks celery
    1 egg
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. ketchup
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. tomato sauce (8 oz.)
Preparation
    Chop onions, garlic and celery.
    Beat egg.
    Mix beef, sausage and crumbs.
    Add onion, garlic, celery and egg.
    Mix well.
    Add milk, ketchup and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in a loaf pan.
    Pour tomato sauce over top.
    Bake for another 15 minutes.
    Take out of pan and pour rich sauce over the top.
