Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans squash (3 to 4 c.)
    1 small chopped onion
    1 small can tomatoes
    1 small green bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 egg
    3/4 c. croutons
    1 c. cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground meat; drain.
    Drain squash.
    Place all ingredients in casserole, reserving 1/4 cup cheese for top.
    Mix well.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
