Turkey Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
4 (4 oz) cans green chilies (drained)
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen spinach (cooked and drained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz Monterey Jack cheese (grated)
12 (10-inch) flour tortillas
Preparation

Cook the turkey in a pan until done. Combine the cooked turkey with the chilies, spinach, soup and cheese; mix well. Spread the mixture evenly over the tortillas and roll each one up. Use toothpick to secure. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
