Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 stick butter
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 (4 oz.) sour cream
Preparation
    Peel and boil potatoes.
    Drain water and add butter, cream cheese and sour cream.
    Mash or mix with mixer.
    Put in a casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
