Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bags frozen hash browns *
    1 carton sour cream
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    10 oz. grated Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    *Or boil potatoes with peel on them and cut in cubes, if desired.
    Do not thaw potatoes if frozen are used.
