Vinegar Pie Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    2 Tbsp. vinegar (cider)
    1 egg
Preparation
    The indestructible pie crust.
    Roll, re-roll and save scraps. Refrigerate or freeze.
