Pineapple Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    4 Tbsp. cold water
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 qt. whipped topping
    1 large angel food cake
    1 qt. whipped topping
    1 can shredded coconut
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
    Add boiling water and pineapple.
    Chill until firm and add 1 quart whipped topping. Fold in the angel food cake, which has been broken into bite size pieces.
    Press mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Let set in refrigerator until firm. Top with whipped topping and coconut.
