Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. oil
2 Tbsp. (1 oz.) water
Preparation

To beaten eggs, add buttermilk and beat again.
Add oil and water.
Beat thoroughly.
Add each dry ingredient and gently mix after each addition.
Do not overbeat.
