Oatmeal Caramelitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. oatmeal (quick cooking)
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3/4 c. caramel ice cream topping
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine 1 cup flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, soda, salt and melted butter.
    Blend well to form crumbs.
    Press 1/2 of crumbs into bottom of 11 x 7-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle with chocolate chips and pecans.
    Blend caramel topping and 3 tablespoons flour.
    Pour over chocolate and pecans to cover.
    Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Chill 1 to 2 hours.
    Cut into bars.
