Ingredients

1 large can beef broth
1 large onion, chopped
French bread
Swiss cheese (chunks)
Preparation

Cook broth and onion until onion is tender.
Toast the French bread and place in the bottom of the soup bowl.
Pour mixture over the bread and add as much cheese as desired.
Bake in oven at 400\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
Serve while hot!
