Skillet Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
2 Tbsp. flour
3 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. Creole seasoning
2 onions, sliced
4 c. potatoes, sliced
1 c. carrots, sliced
1 c. hot water
Preparation

Coat chops with flour and brown slowly on both sides in hot oil.
Sprinkle with Creole seasoning.
Add onion slices, potatoes and carrots.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water and pour all over.
Cover and simmer for 40 minutes, or until meat and vegetables are done.
May also be cooked in oven.
