Hot Mushroom Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, minced
    1 large onion, minced
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    In a large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese, flour and butter until smooth; shape into ball.
    Wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour.
