Low-Fat Berry Bavarian - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz. serving) pkg. Jell-O brand raspberry sugar-free low calorie gelatin dessert
1 c. cold water
ice cubes
2 1/4 c. thawed Cool Whip lite whipped topping
Preparation

Stir boiling water into gelatin in a large bowl 2 minutes or until completely dissolved. Mix cold water and ice cubes to make 2 cups. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any remaining ice.
Stir in whipped topping with whisk until smooth. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Garnish with additional whipped topping.
Makes 8 servings.
