Cranberry Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. (about 15) saltine crackers
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cans (16 oz.) whole cranberry sauce
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans tomato soup (undiluted)
1 tsp. mustard
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients.*
For appetizers, shape into 1-inch meatballs (about 5 dozen). Place on rack in a 15 x 10 x 1 baking pan at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
