Ingredients

3 slices bacon, diced
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 c. freshly picked leaf lettuce
Preparation

Fry bacon crisp, drain.
Add vinegar and sugar to bacon drippings.
Heat thoroughly.
When hot pour mixture over lettuce. Add salt and pepper to taste and crumpled bacon.
Mix well, serve immediately.
