English Christmas Pudding & Brandy Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. All purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. Allspice
    1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
    3 c. Fresh breadcrumbs
    10 oz. Suet (Beef fat, finely shredded)
    1 1/2 c Brown sugar
    1/2 c. Raisins
    1/2 c. Golden raisins
    1/4 c. Chopped mixed peel (orange, lemon and lime)
    1 c. Chopped walnuts
    Grated rind of 1 small orange
    4 Eggs
    1/4 c. Brandy or sherry
    1/2 tsp. Almond essence
    2/3 c. Milk
Preparation
    In a large bowl, sift together the flour, allspice and nutmeg. Add the breadcrumbs, suet, sugar, raisins, peel walnuts and grated orange rind. Toss well together.
