Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large heads fresh broccoli (florets only)
    1/2 c. mayo
    1/2 can mushroom soup
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sharp cheese
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli for 10 minutes or until tender; drain.
    Combine all ingredients, except broccoli, crumbs and margarine; mix well. Stir in cooked broccoli; spoon into lightly buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbs; dot with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
