Simple Crawfish Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick oleo
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 lb. crawfish tails
    1/4 c. parsley
    1/3 c. onion tops
    seasoning
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until transparent.
    Add soup and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    Add crawfish and simmer an additional 15 minutes.
    Add parsley and onion tops.
    Season.
    Serve over rice.
