Potatoes With Cucumbers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. potatoes
3 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper
sprig of fresh basil
1 bay leaf
2 medium size tomatoes
water
2 chilled cucumbers
Preparation

Peel and slice potatoes.
Combine these in skillet with olive oil, salt, pepper, basil, bay leaf and peeled, seeded tomatoes. Add water to just cover.
Put a lid on the pot and cook for 20 minutes over brisk heat.
