Stuffed Celery - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cottage cheese
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    8 Spanish olives, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. juice from the Spanish olives jar
    4 to 6 celery sticks, washed (of course)
Preparation
    Mix cottage cheese, mayonnaise and olive juice together; add finely chopped olives.
    Cut celery stalks into 4-inch pieces. Using a spoon, \"stuff\" mixture into celery; if you choose to be more complicated, you can use a pastry bag for stuffing.
    Remember to serve with napkins!
    Serves 12 to 18 people, depending on length of your celery stalks.
