Cheese Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    6 to 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat milk just enough to dissolve Blue cheese.
    Mix dry ingredients, then stir in milk mixture to blend.
    Add 4 eggs and blend.
    Stir in
    Cheddar cheese.
    Chill well (preferably overnight).
    Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil and fry until golden.
    Serve with a sauce of sour cream mixed with a little honey and prepared mustard.
