Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken broth or water
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. carrots, chopped
    4 c. milk
    5 c. diced potatoes
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    In a large pot, place potatoes, celery, onion and broth. Simmer for 1 hour, or until vegetables are tender.
    Add margarine, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Add milk and soup.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
