Pork Chops And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small to medium pork chops
    3 to 5 potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 onion, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Peel and slice enough potatoes to cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan after it has been greased with margarine.
    Layer onion rings over top of potatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
    Spoon and spread cream of mushroom from can over onions.
    In a skillet with a small amount of oil, lightly brown pork chops and place over cream of mushroom soup.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes and pork chops are done.
