Broccoli And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 c. Green Giant frozen cut broccoli
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded pasteurized process American cheese
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cook onion in margarine until tender. Stir in flour and pepper until well blended.
    Add milk all at once.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly, about 1 minute. Add cheese and stir until melted.
    Remove from heat.
