Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped rhubarb
    15 large marshmallows
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 doz. red hots
    1/4 c. butter
    2 beaten eggs
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Put rhubarb in iron skillet.
    Add quartered marshmallows and 3/4 cup sugar.
    Sprinkle red hots.
    Cream butter and 1 cup sugar. Add eggs, dry ingredients and milk.
    Pour over rhubarb.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
