Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. parsley (dry or chopped)
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. grated cheese (sharp or Cheddar)
    4 eggs
    1 clove crushed garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. Bisquick
    3 c. zucchini, sliced thin
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and fold in the 3 cups zucchini.
    Put into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 25 to 35 minutes.
