Turtle Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 box German chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. softened margarine
1 c. nuts (walnuts or pecans)
12 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation

Combine caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk in top of double boiler on low heat and stir until mixture is melted.
