Heart-To-Heart Egg Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked broccoli florets
    1 1/2 c. chicken pieces (small)
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. crumbled croutons or bread crumbs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Layer broccoli, chicken, onion and cheese in ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with sliced eggs.
    Melt butter in saucepan on low heat.
    Blend in flour and seasonings. Stir until smooth and bubbly.
    Remove from heat and stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Boil and stir 1 minute. Pour over eggs.
    Sprinkle croutons over sauce.
    Bake uncovered 20 minutes.
