Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can black-eyed peas
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 bunch green onions
    3 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. cilantro or parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Place peas in colander; rinse with water and drain.
    Combine tomatoes and next 5 ingredients in bowl.
    Stir in peas.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
    Serve with chips.
