Cinnamon Potato Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. hot mashed potatoes
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    6 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine in large bowl, sugar and potatoes; add water and yeast to mixture.
    Cover and let set for 1 hour in warm place.
    Combine filling ingredients and set aside.
    Stir dough down.
    Mix in butter, eggs and salt.
    Gradually add flour.
    Turn out on floured surface; knead until smooth.
    Divide dough in half; roll out in squares.
    Divide filling and spread on each half of dough.
    Roll; cut in slices.
    Place in 9-inch pan.
    Cover and raise until double in volume.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Yield: 18.
