Chicken And Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    5 c. cold chicken stock
    1/4 tsp. savory
    1 c. long grain rice, rinsed and drained
    1 large chicken breast, skinned, deboned and diced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat butter.
    When hot, add celery.
    Cover and cook 5 minutes over medium heat.
    Pour chicken stock and add savory.
    Season well.
    Mix and bring to a boil.
    Add rice and stir; cook, partly covered, 10 minutes over medium heat.
