Rhubarb Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
4 c. rhubarb
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Combine flour, brown sugar, oatmeal and melted butter.
Mix, then put 1/2 of mixture in 8 x 8-inch pan.
Put cut up rhubarb on top, then boil sugar and water and cornstarch.
Pour over rhubarb; sprinkle the last half mixture of crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
