Banana Pecan Cloud Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. sour milk or buttermilk
    1 c. HEB whipping cream, whipped
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 bananas, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix together butter and sugar until very light and creamy.
    Beat in eggs one at a time.
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Combine mashed bananas and milk.
    Add sifted ingredients in thirds, alternating with thirds of banana mixture. Beat well after each addition until smooth.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round pans.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool.
