Apple Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 big McIntosh apples
1 can condensed milk
same equal amount regular milk
3 eggs, separated
Preparation

Core and peel apples; slice in thin rounds.
Separate the eggs.
Blend the yolks, milk and slowly the condensed milk until well blended.
In a greased pan, arrange one layer of sliced apples; pour over custard.
Put in oven for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until custard is solid.
Take from oven and beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar.
Pile on top of pudding.
Put in oven until browned.
Serve warm or chilled.
