Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 green pepper
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2 tsp. salt
    3 large onions
    2 c. cooked tomatoes
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown together ground beef, onion and pepper; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in 2-quart baking dish for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
