Pork 'N Kraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork loin, sliced in 2-inch strips
    1 large can sauerkraut
    6 medium potatoes, sliced thick
    3 medium yellow onions, sliced
    6 carrots, peeled and sliced lengthwise
    3 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Slice pork loin into 2-inch slices.
    Slice potatoes thickly. Slice yellow onions.
    Peel and slice carrots lengthwise.
    Brown pork in oil with salt and pepper to taste over medium/low heat.
