Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. (approximately) any type beef
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
2 c. catsup
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Cut about 3 large sheets aluminum foil.
Can make a crease in the middle of the foil to allow sauce to filter down.
Slice onions and garlic.
Mix all ingredients together, except the meat.
Place meat on foil, then pour the sauce on top of the meat, that is in the middle of the foil.
Enclose the meat tightly in foil.
Put in baking pan.
Bake all day at 350\u00b0 (about 10 hours).
Break apart with fingers, should be moist and sandwiches can be easily made. Additional sauce can be added if not moist enough.
Great for picnics.
Serves many.
