Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
2 tsp. soda
1 (No. 2) can pineapple juice
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar and baking soda.
Add pineapple and 1 teaspoon vanilla and dash of salt.
Mix well.
Add eggs.
Mix. Bake at 325\u00b0 (glass pan) or at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool on rack.
