Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Longhorn or sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (7 oz.) can green Ortega chilies, chopped and drained
    season salt to taste
    chili powder
    garlic salt
    celery salt
Preparation
    Grate cheese.
    Add cream cheese, chopped Ortega chilies and remainder of ingredients.
    Shape into rolls or balls.
    Roll in finely chopped nuts or chili powder.
    Serve with crackers.
