No Watch Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    6 carrots, cut up
    4 medium potatoes, cut up
    1 c. tomato soup
    1 soup can water
    chili powder to taste
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put all together in Dutch oven and cover.
    Cook at 250\u00b0 for 5 1/2 hours.\tDoesn't need to be looked at!
