Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. butter
    1/4 to 1/2 c. ice cold water
Preparation
    Place first 5 ingredients in food processor; pulse until \"crumbly.\"
    Pour in ice water while pulsing just until dough holds together when pressed between fingers (not until it forms a ball in the processor).
