4 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lb. sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 green peppers, cut into strips
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.
Brown meat; remove and keep warm.
Add peppers, tomatoes, oregano, Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
